This range of frames and mats reminiscent of a bygone era has become available again, for a very short time.
Artistic Reflections created this series of photo frames over ten years ago, and only this week have been able to obtain a small quantity of the timber moulding needed to re create it. However, the real issue, is the matboard. The two matboards required to create these double mounts, have been discontinued for some years, but we are lucky enough to have a few sheets of each.
Those of you who wish to frame further family members in the same style you purchased from us all those years ago, now have the opportunity to do so.
With such small quantities involved, all orders will be numbered as they are received, and when the matboard runs out, that’s the end folks! As they say in the classics.

Artistic Reflections offers a new range of special frames for all occasions, similar to these Mothers Day frames and mats.
All your treasured old family photos can be displayed in the letter openings, creating a lasting memento of all those special family or group occasions.

These frames are available now from Artistic Reflections. We make all our frames here in Melbourne. All frames are available to order in many different moulding styles, and mat colours. See our website for frame styles.
The quality of our frames is well known by our many customers, however, I struggle with the intricacies of photography, as you can tell by the thumbnail photos of these frames – however, you get the idea!

We are often asked about the best way to hang a frame on the wall. Customers bring us broken frames and broken glass caused by a frame falling off the wall. This is not just a nuisance, and an awful way to treat a frame, but is also dangerous to adults and children in the vicinity. All Artistic Reflections frames, except the very smallest and cheapest specials, come with cord or wire securely screwed to the back of the frame using quality anchor points.
There is no quick answer to this question. It depends on the type of wall, and the size, weight, and shape of the frame.
Please ask for advice if you are not sure of what is best, and we will try to help. We always recommend two hooks for any large frame, and it is best to find wall studs if the wall is plasterboard. On solid walls, it is best to always use wall plugs, with screws or bolts. Also, try to ensure all of these fittings point upwards out of the wall. Two hooks will also make it easier to keep the frame level.

The new Artistic Reflections website has been available for some months now, and many of our customers are taking advantage of the new features.
Have a look at our online shopping facility, which allows you to look at, or purchase, many of our popular multi-opening designs.
For any non-standard multi opening designs, do some research into frame styles and mat colours, and then send a fax or email detailing what your specific needs are, sizes of photos etc. We will respond once we have had time to assess your design.
The ‘Frames’ section is especially popular. We make it easy for you to select the frame style you want – this also makes it easy to match a frame you may have purchased previously.
Use the website to send us any email inquiries you have.
Please take a moment to fill in your email address for our online email newsletter. You are in total control, if you change your mind about receiving our newsletters, one click will remove all your details from our list.

We are pleased to announce the development of a ‘photo specific’ font ideally suited to the display of photographs, enabling the best use possible of the entire width of the photo. You will notice especially the letters ‘I’ and ‘L’.
With most fonts, these particular letters were narrow, and very difficult to use with photographs, this problem has been overcome.
This font is normally used with standard 6 x 4 inch photos, but we can adapt it to enable the use of 5 x 7 inch, or even larger photos.
The range of uses for this font, is limited only by our imagination, please feel compelled to ask us to do the impossible. At the very least you will provide stimulation!
